LATIN AMERICA

INVESTMENTS IN THE REGION

DIVERSIFIED FINANCIAL

SECTOR

The main Latin American economies enjoyed decades of stable systems, with attractive possibilities for growth in the medium and long term.

At the heart of this positive trend are financial institutions, like commercial and investment banks, brokers, insurers and asset managers.

In recent years we have focused on studying and investing in these financial conglomerates, which are the basis of continued progress and stability in the region.

MATERIAL + ENERGY

SECTORS

At the center of the GDP of most Latin American countries we find economic activities such as the extraction and commercialization of minerals, fuels, construction materials and other natural elements necessary for modern value-added industries.

Many of the companies engaged in these activities are international conglomerates or entities that operate under the support of foreign investors, which suggests an interesting margin of diversification in terms of the source and stability of the capital.

We constantly monitor and are part of that stream of investors.

CONSUMER DEFENSIVE

SECTOR

Free market economies, like Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Chile, have seen a demographic increase that propels and energizes their industries and the purchasing power of the local consumers.

That, along with the opportunities for support and exchange within the Integrated Latin American Market (MILA) enables the commercialization of vital products or services on greater markets around the world.

Our goal is to stay ahead of this trend.

OTHER COMMERCIAL

SECTORS

Most of the large conglomerates in which we currently invest have already expanded beyond their local borders to other countries, and their original industries, to sectors such as education, construction, health, real estate, tourism, department stores, among others.

This broad capacity for expansion offers a high degree of diversification that suggests stability, a steady path towards growth and greater profit.

We believe that Latin consumers have shown that they can be able to sustain and develop competitive and high-growth economies... And we will be there to see it happen.
